Anthony Hopkins has appeared in so many movies that it's hard to pick a favorite. For me, although I did enjoy his Hannibal Lecter role in Silence Of The Lambs etc, my favorite movies of his would be a toss up between The Edge and Amistad. In both of these movies Anthony Hopkins not only does some great acting, but I thoroughly enjoyed watching them and could watch them time and time again.
